Ive been using samplers since the 90s, and this app is a powerful alternative to the expensive Dr. Sample type devices I used to use. The beauty lies in its simplicity and the ability to save lots of samples in the various banks. Fun for those that just want to mess around, or for those that Play music and wish to use it for something a little more serious.

This is great,cheap alternative to trying to hunt down an old casio sk. Definitely adds a little flair to the beats I make.

Yes, there are more samplers out there with more features. This one works for me and i am pleased that i purchased it.

This sampler ridiculously easy to use, and I would love to use it live for interesting background ambient noise (I.e. Playing the 1 and the 5 of whatever key Im as a drone layer), but to do that it really needs a SUSTAIN button/function that can be quickly turned on and off. So please please please add a sustain feature. That would be killer.

Great replacement for a casio sk5. Audiobus and midi support is killer. Hoping for soundfont export in the future.

Got the latest update and now there is almost no volume. Tried the volume buttons-nothing.

App was just fine until I updated today. Now I cant get the sound to come out my speakers, it only comes out of the earpiece. Cant find any way to switch it (the speakers work for every other app still and no my phone is not on vibrate)

Latest update has diverted audio from "loud" speaker to the handset.

This is one of the best samplers because its user friendly interface is great .Plus it samples and has these awesome 8bit sound banks that cut through the soup in my tracks so well. I love it!peace Christo

Really cool app but you can not export samples you make for use in DAWs so I only use this when Im bored and not as a tool in my productions. I would gladly pay more for wav export capability.

This is a very fun app to keep me entertained for a while, but I was hoping to use it as more of a tool, not a toy. Please add a record ability. Maybe as an in app purchase. I would definitely pay for it.

Its can be a fun toy, but the possibilities are somewhat limited by the simple pitch shifting algorithm. IE holding down a chord causes all of the samples to loop at different rates and the groove quickly descends into chaos.

If I need a quick, easy retro sound, this is usually my go to. Its ease of use along with its MIDI and IAA make it incredibly simple to use in my workflow.

Maybe its my affinity for the Casio SK-1 that makes me appreciate this little keyboard sampling app so much. The Audiobus update has renewed my interest in using it.

This Would be a useful, powerful and simple sampler if it was compatible with garage band. Unfortunately there is no option to switch back and forth between the to apps like other sampling apps rendering recoding impossible and making this nothing more than a waste of a dollar. If you fix it itll earn 5 stars.
